Contact support

Email us if you need help with your account, recipe capture, subscriptions, syncing, sharing, or anything that prevents you from using the app.

To speed up support, include your device model, app version, account email if applicable, and the exact step where the issue happened.

If the issue is visual or intermittent, attach screenshots or a short screen recording so we can reproduce it faster.

Billing and subscriptions

For Oli Pro billing questions, include the subscribed plan, whether you started with a trial, and whether the issue happened on Apple App Store or Google Play.

For refund and cancellation requests, Apple and Google manage the billing relationship directly. We can still help you identify the active subscription, restore purchases, and point you to the correct store flow.

Troubleshooting

Capture problems

Confirm camera, microphone, and photo permissions are enabled for MyOliChef. If extraction fails, keep the draft and continue editing manually so you do not lose the recipe.

Sync or account issues

Check that you are signed in with the expected account and reopen the app after restoring connectivity. If recipes still do not appear, contact support with the account email you used.

Sharing and links

If a shared recipe link does not open correctly, send us the exact link and where you opened it from so we can inspect the route and device behavior.

Frequently asked questions

How do I keep my recipes?

Sign in from the mobile app to sync saved recipes, preferences, and captured drafts with your account.

Can I share a recipe without an account?

Yes. Published recipes can be shared through a private web link. Creating an account helps you recover them later.

What if I changed devices?

Sign in with the same account you used before. If you had Oli Pro, restore purchases from the app and contact support if the entitlement still does not reappear.

How do I stop marketing emails?

Open your profile on web or the account settings in the mobile app and disable marketing emails. That opt-out applies to welcome emails, updates, tips, and offers.
